This is the registration form for vendor representatives who will be staffing booths in the exhibit hall.

All representatives must be registered and have a badge to enter the exhibit hall.

The name you provided when you registered your booth was for an administrative contact only. Administrative contacts are not generated a badge for the conference. If this individual is also attending the conference to staff your booth, they will need to register through this form

If a member of your staff has registered to attend the full conference, then you may forgo registering them for a vendor badge. Their full conference badge will grant acces to the exhibit hall. Save their complimentary badge for another representative from your organization.

Your organization receives two complimentary badges per every single booth or 80 sq. ft. of exhibiting space that you have.

You may purchase additional badges for $295 each.

As always, vendors are invited to join the attendees for all meals and snacks in the exhibit hall at no additional charge.
