Exhibit Hall – Vendor Representative Registration

To ensure smooth entry and participation, please review the following guidelines regarding exhibitor registration:

Badge Requirement

  • All exhibitor representatives must be registered and wear an official badge to access the Exhibit Hall.

Administrative Contact vs. Booth Staff / Onsite Represtatives

  • The name you provided when registering your booth was recorded as the administrative contact only.

  • Administrative contacts are not automatically issued a badge.

  • If the administrative contact will also be staffing your booth, they must register using the Exhibitor Registration Form, along with any additional booth representatives.

Full Conference Registrants

  • If a member of your staff has already registered for the full conference, they do not need an additional exhibitor badge. Their full conference badge grants access to the Exhibit Hall.

  • In this case, you may reassign that complimentary exhibitor badge to another representative from your organization.

Badge Allocation

  • Each organization receives two complimentary exhibitor badges per booth (80 sq. ft. of exhibit space).

  • Additional badges may be purchased for $325 each.

Transfer

  • You may transfer a regsitered badge from representative to another for no fee through November 15, 2025.

Refunds

  • Full refunds on purchased badges will be granted through November 3, 2025.

  • Booth refunds follow a separate policy outline in the Exhibitor Prospectus.

Meals and Networking

  • Exhibitors are warmly invited to join attendees for all meals and refreshment breaks held in the Exhibit Hall—at no additional charge
